is a single stick of 1333 ram for this build?

hello! i am building a budget pc for a friend. I was wondering if a single stick 1337mhz 8gb ram would be enough for his PC. He mainly uses it for heavy web browsing with lots of tabs open at once and no gaming at all. thanks in advance!

Stick with the 8GB you planned on, if he does heavy browsing and lots of tabs/windows open (especially if using Chrome), can eat up 4GB in no time and then the rig will be thrashing back and forth sending and pulling data from the Hard drives page file, just one of the many reasons even most prebuilt rigs now come w/ 6-8 GB as a minimum
