your temps are def high. Also your PSU is not that great (Tier Two Class B ), it does the job. So, maybe that could be an issue here too.

One way is to get HWMonitor.Run it and keep it open then go game and try to load as much possible demanding scenario so it stress enough CPU and GPU.They after you finish that check your +12V readings in HW if they drop below 11.4 then you need new psu,but software is not 100% accurate but it will give you at last hint if something is wrong.And one last thing your mobo is not rly best one,I know it is from Intel and all but it has no VRM heat sinks what makes it bad maybe problem could be there.
