I can't access my router login page using default gateway IP address

Plz Help :( ..my ethernet wire is direclty connected to CPU nd im not able to access 192.168.1.1

your 'router' is passing the isp config to your computer so your computer isn't being routed you are 115.252.217.1

aka DMZ mode.

so your 192.168.0.1 wont work as its on a different subnet/network.

try 115.252.217.1 and see if you get anywhere. if you want 192.168.0.x numbers you'll need to enable nat and dhcp somehow.
