Hi! I updated my Dell XPS 15 L502x from the dell website. My screen went blank as soon as I ran installation. Now its not turning on...showing blank screen when turning on and fan is running at its top speed, non of the USB ports are working, only CD rom is waking up when turned on. Please help!!!

unplug from the mains. remove the battery, press the power button 3x , 10s each time. replace the battery and turn back on
used to work. dells were a right pain for this.
