Hey guys!

I ve decided to sell my old PC coz of WoD. I bought a new one, it was above avarage. Then before the expansion came out, it started to micro stutter( whenever I rotated my camera, I had 60 fps, but it was choppy , felt like 5 fps) ( I did not have SLI). I have tried everything, looked for solutions for months. Then I bought a new one after 3 months, because it made me crazy. Brand new comp, new monitor, and I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.
Please, give me some tips, what could cause the problem?
Could it be my ISP? I have no ideas.

Thank you guys!

Solution
Its a problem with the online servers. There is too much information being processed in a big MMORPG like World of Warcraft and when the information is pinged back its not coming through fast enough for perfectly stable 60FPS.

Frame rates will rarely be perfectly smooth no matter how good your system is.

I am sure, it is not because of that, it is happening in League of legends, heroes of the storm as well

You shouldn't have such issues, with both rigs and especially on LoL. True, the gtx 760 and the R9 270x aren't exactly graphical powerhouses, but they should play smoothily through those games. I can imagine WoW dropping some frames every now and then, but not LoL....

Have you perhaps connected the monitor to the motherboard's HDMI port? If that's the case, you're actually using the embedded Intel HD GPU rather than the discrete one, which obviously kills the performance you should have.

I assume that everything is properly connected and that drivers are up to date, yes? If not, update them.

Do try also a clean GPU driver installation. Use Display Driver Uninstaller to remove it and then proceed downloading and installing it as you normally would (If it's an absolutely new, off-the-shelves PC, you can skip this. If you assembled it yourself without formatting the HDD, you can't)

Also, although it's unlikely to cause such issues, check that your RAM is set for correct frequencies and latencies. My Vengeance sticks were set for 1333mhz operation while they're actually capable of 1600mhz speeds.

Last, but not least, check CPU/GPU temperatures. Especially for the CPU, since you're using the stock cooler (which doesn't always perform decently), high temps may be throttling it.

If its a stuttering issue, perhaps you should try doing a rollback on your drivers. Making sure VSync is disabled in all games would be wise as well, as vsync can cause stuttering issues.
