I have 2 12v rails with 18a on them and a max output of 360w and total of 450w..How many amps do i have? some people say 30, some say 29 some say 22. im really confused. And would i be able to use the AMD Radeon 7770? (I have the PCI-e 6 pin connector)

Solution
360 / 12 = 30 amps total on the 12V rail.

The 7770 really doesn't use much power at all, it only has an 80 Watt TDP, which means it draws less than 7 amps (80/12=6.67).

you don't need to worry about amps. Not unless you're running more than 3 cards. Even then its not really an issue. The only thing you should worry about are the watts. 360 watts for a 7770 is more than enough i believe its 66 watts max. Another thing to look out for is the rating 80 plus/bronze/silver/gold/platnium. It basically means how much of that "wattage" is usable and how efficient the psu is when your pc isn't gaming or on standby etc. so a 1000 watt platnium would have an efficiency rating of over 90 percent so it would output 900+ wattage.
