Hi, i am looking for a extreme budget pc that can play counter strike global offensive (on low settings 1080p) europa universalis 4 (flat map flat water) mine craft (with optifine) and league of legends,

will this build http://pcpartpicker.com/user/logan383/saved/K9Fp99 be able to play all these games at a steady framerate (hopefully above 30 fps but i can survive if it can't do that)
