Need help to chose the right GPU

this is my Computer at this moment ... now i need new GPU .. .and i was looking at R9 280x .... now i want to know what this X after 280 mean, should i get with X or without , or which other card in that price range.....
one more thing, do i need new PSU or not??? if yes let me know which one would be good to get .. it must be good and not that much expensive :) if u know what i mean

i will buy PSU and GPU at once ... i just need the perfect combo , i dont know should i go with R9 280x or R9 280 ... whats the difference which one is better ??? and which PSU should i pick i know i need two cables with 8 pins or i dont know .... my LC power got only one cable for GPU and R9 280 need two....
tell me whats the difference with this X and non X GPU and which PSU should i get?
and yeah ... will i need to OC this GPU so i can get descent fps? or i can run it non clocked?
