I am moving my computer into a new case from the stock Lenovo K430 case. It has an i7 3770. I want to replace the stock cooler with something else, what should I get?

There's really no need, as even the base oem heatsink is enough for the chip. It's not unlocked so the cheap one included is all you'd need, meaning money spent on otherwise would be kind of wasted. If you absolutely had to, I'd look into something cheap

You can usually catch this one cheaply, and it performs as well as the evo, minus some of the noise level. They're both very good budget coolers

I think my heatsink is Lenovo's own brand one. I am getting 45C when idling and 67-70 when gaming. Would I ever need to change the motherboard? Is it worth it?

I personally don't think it would be worth it to buy a new 1155 motherboard for your system. The current standard is 1150 and 1151 drops in the second quarter of this year. If you can find a relatively cheap one on ebay from a well reviewed seller then go for it, otherwise I would not upgrade unless you have to. And you may have to. You are pulling your current motherboard and processor from a prebuilt lenovo, prebuilts often (but not always) use a BTX format motherboard instead of an ATX, so your new motherboard may not fit in a new case, at which point it would be worth it to buy a new board because the 3770 is still a great processor.

Also for your cooler you can get the Cooler Master TX3 for less than $20. It works great for stock clock processors and is not as large and bulky as the Cooler Master Evo and also easier to install.

My motherboard is microATX.

According to the web, it uses a modified Z75 board.
