1k budget PC build

I have about 1k to budget on a PC. I want to go all out. I want to be able to throw mostly any game at it and it will handle it like a champ. I prefer SSD's no HDD's, also silent build, but powerful as well.

Do you need the OS, mouse, keyboard, etc included in that 1k budget? A location would also be helpful as it is a global forum. Also do you want the ability to OC? Ability to upgrade to SLI or crossfire later on?
