Help my pc just turn on for half second, then turn off

I order a pc from cyberpower and in 2 months, present problem like dosent want turn on in sleep mode, and now even star.

My spec:
Cpu:fx 8320 amd
Hard drive: WD 1 tb caviar blie III
ram: corsair vengeance 4gb 2133 mhz 2x4
Water cooling: cooler master seidon 120 v
Case:cruiser 3 appevia
Mobo:asus m5A97 le amd970
Psu:EVGA 500 w 80 plus bronce
Gpu: nvidia 760 msi
OS: window 8.1

It maybe from the RAM, clear the CMOS by remove the battery or using the jumper, try the RAM one stick by one to see you can boot or not.
If you oc the fx8320, try don't oc too.
Or call the cyberpower for help.

I also did the paper clip test in psu, and just turn on for milisecond
