For gaming definitely the 4690k And the GTX980. Maybe an asus mobo like the http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Z97PRO/

No i don't have other parts yet, i will go to NY to visit my family so i will buy some pc parts because where i live they are so expensive.

+1 for the ASUS z97 PRO, and I would suggest since you will be editing / recording stuff while playing go for the i7 and the 980 if possible. Otherwise I say i7 and 970 if you can't afford it.
