I've had this error pretty consistently since version 337.88, but since I updated to 344.60 I can't play anything other than Minecraft for more than 5 minutes without the driver crashing and recovering.

I used it as an excuse to play my XB1 for a while, but I want to play some games on my PC, and even after updating to the latest 347.25 the error persists. I removed all my overclocks on my PC (I hadn't OC'd this card yet due to driver errors), I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, I checked that the card is not dusty, even ran GPUz on my second monitor (never went above 41 C), no matter what I do it crashes.

System Setup
AMD FX 6100 (currently @ stock)
BIOSTAR TA990FXE
EVGA GTX 760 Superclocked 2GB
Corsair XMS 3 8GB (2x4GB) DDR 3 2000 @ 1866 (tested at 1066, 1333, and 1600, same result)
Seasonic 650W FM PSU
Windows 8.1 64-bit

EDIT: Also, web browsing and web based games work fine.
Games that have crashed: WATCH_DOGS, SW:TOR, AC Black Flag, Neverwinter, Hawken
