Your IP address is 0.0.0.0 because the printer can not obtain one from the new router.
Your router has been replaced thus the SSID is likely different (wifi network name) and possibly even your entire IP address range is now different.
You will need to manually setup the printer to the new wifi network. Even if the Comcast tech took the time to setup the router to use the same SSID and password the printer would still need to be manually reconfigured to the new network.
If the printer has a display on it you should be able to go into networking and setup a new connection, if it does not then put int he cd (or re-download it form brother.com) and then run the setup program that will be able to reconfigure the printer.
