Hello, I was wondering if this could be able to run Arma 3 at Ultra settings with 40+ FPS.

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.50 GHz Six-Core
Hard Drive: 1TB SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 32MB Cache 7200RPM HDD
Motherboard: GIGABYTE 970A-DS3P AMD 970 ATX
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon R9 270X 2GB GDDR5

More about build run arma ultra settings
  1. No definitely not. It will run at a mix of medium and high as Arma 3 is a TERRIBLY coded game and even really high end builds cannot run it at ultra.

How many frames will I get playing on medium or high?
  3. I don t think so.You can run bf4 and hardline on ultra but Arma 3 no.You need an high end pc and the game isn t very optimized
  4. And if I am getting this pre-built at cyberpowerpc will that make it worse?

PC performance, no it will not perform worse based on who puts it together, but it will definitely use lower quality parts like the motherboard and PSU will likely be junk.
  8. Its better if you order all the parts and pay someone to build your pc
  9. I wouldn't pay anyone. It is not hard at all to assemble a PC and there are tons of video tutorials.
  10. Thank you I am probably going to get the same parts at NewEgg and learn to assemble them myself.
  11. In all honesty I would get an i3 not a 6300. MUCH newer and will last longer and has a real upgrade path. Also, buy a quality PSU. That is the most important part of a PC BY FAR. Antec, XFX, Seasonic are your friends.
  12. Ok.If you meed help building it I can help you through skype video call
  13. Feel free to post a budget here and we can help you select the right parts.
  14. Tiny voices what you think about thermaltake psu?
  15. Most are junk. Only their REALLY high end expensive stuff is any good at all.

The SMART series are crap. Those are the most common.
  16. I don't know what to say..I haved an Thermaltake 420w for 6 years and anything worked great(second pc)
  17. DO NOT post that on the forum. Do that via PM please.

Sorry, that unit is probably junk. But 6 years ago, thermlatake used better quality OEMs. I would still replace it for a quality unit though.

  21. What PSU do you have on your PC?
  22. Corsair TX650
  23. That is a quality unit. Glad you didn't say Corsair CX. Lol
  24. But now I have some problems with my gpu and I don't know the problem if you want to look at my question on the forum
  25. I'll pop over and have a look.
