My Inspiron N5051 has a few problems.  First off,  all the USB ports are loose and wiggle bad.  Nothing will stay connected. Are they replaceable?  And all of a sudden one day my right click button stopped responding.  Left click and mouse pad still work.  Is that fixable and replaceable? Great computer just need to fix the neglect wear parts from letting young kids touch a brand new laptop.

I was also wondering if any upgrade parts were available for this model.  Faster processors,  better RAM, HD seems ok for now.  Anything to help boost its performance and build it better for a budget.  Please help me out everyone!

If it's a "brand new" laptop, it should be warrantable. If it's no longer under warranty, you would need to contact Dell for replacement parts. Unlike a desktop, there are few replaceable parts and those that are replaceable will be, for the most part, necessary to obtain from the OEM. Replacement laptop hardware is expensive and replacement procedures are not for the faint of heart.

If you feel confident disassembling and reassembling your unit, you can probably locate a replacement touchpad/button assembly, but the usb ports might be a different story.

As you were told, from what I see, on the Dell forum, you'll need to enter your service tag on that page and find the list of replaceable parts that way. If you want to PM me with your service tag from the unit, I'll be happy to try and find further information on this for you.
