Hello.

I am looking for a nice PC racing wheel that is under $100.
I am interested in the Logitech G27 Racing wheel ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001NT9TK4/ref=s9_simh_gw_p63_d1_i4?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=desktop-2&pf_rd_r=1EZA3V4E4FZY6426HMQW&pf_rd_t=36701&pf_rd_p=1970566842&pf_rd_i=desktop ) but it is so expensive that I can't afford it.

I would like a nice wheel (I don't care what material it is made out of) and pedals.

It would be great if there was a wheel with a clutch pedal and a shifter but they are not required.

ps. If anyone knows of a place to get the G27 cheaper please let me know.

Edit: Title edited to show my price range.

Buy a used Logitech wheel through an Amazon reseller, ebay, craigslist, etc. You can get perfect condition force feedback wheels as low as 50-60 bucks that way that would run you well over 150 otherwise. Shop around.

Any of Logitech's force feedback wheels are quite nice. It really just depends what is available. Buy the newest model in your price range.

I have an old Logitech Driving Force Wheel for PS3 that looks like this: http://images.forum-auto.com/mesimages/419190/5clogitechdrivingforcepqw2.jpg

It's given me a ton of fun. There are newer models you could get, but just giving you the heads up that even an older wheel like that works and is a quality controller that you can get used for way under $100.

That does look like a nice wheel but I fear used because apparently there is a CD that I need to make it work with PC and it may or may not be there if I buy used.

I am quite aware of that but I can not afford it. Do you know of a way to get it cheaper while still from a reputable seller?

There are actually drivers available online, but do as you will. I'm not suggesting you buy that specific wheel. I'm just showing you that even a wheel that old can be pretty damned good. Finding a wheel at the right price, and from the right seller on ebay/craigslist/amazon... that responsibility falls on you.

You're not going to like, magically find a new G27 for anywhere near the amount you're looking to spend. If you want a good force feedback wheel under $100 you have to start making compromises or saving up to buy what you really desire.
