Ok, I put in my new processor today (i5 3470) and when I did so, power came on, HDD sounded to be spinning up, DVD drive would pop in and out if I pushed the button for it, but my monitor said "No Signal", I verified it wasnt a monitor issue by plugging my PS4 in to it via HDMI.
Note: The mobo didn't make a single beeping sound.
I plugged in my computer to the HDMI to the monitor via the GPU and VGA via mobo.
So far I have: cleared CMOS by putting a jumper on it with everything unplugged, never gave it power until I took off the jumpers.
Removed the battery from the mobo, same as above.
I'm completely stuck. Any help would be appreciated!

Gigabyte H61M-DS2 Mobo
GTX 550 Ti GPU
i5 3470 Processor
