So I have an older PC, and my hard drive failed a while ago so I bought a new one. I am now trying to install windows 7 on it but I am having an issue. I changed my primary boot option to the CD-ROM because I have the Windows 7 disk. Now when I try to Get Windows 7 only the hard drive, It say that "NTLDR is missing, PRESS CTRL+ALT+DELETE to restart". What should I do?

Try to install again using the clean install method outlined at the following link. After installation, be sure to go into the BIOS and change the primary boot device back to the drive that contains the OS:
