Low Far cry 4 frame rate

I have an amd fx8350 and a r9 280x, and i have seen people run Far cry 4 with same specs as I, and get solid 60fps . However when I play, I will get constant fps drops, especially when driving, all the way down to 30FPS. My video settings are on High with MSAA2

First off, your CPU is going to allow for drops in FPS. A solid 60 FPS is not realistic (The link is correct, yet something else keeps opening for me. It might not be the CPU chart for you.):

Your GPU isn't all that strong either.

If you use V-sync, you'll also experience lower FPS drops on top if all that. If you don't turn off V-sync, you will get drops to 30 FPS, yet you may only drop to the 40's without.

I have the same problem, my gpu is r9 270x with i5-2300.. I can play it atlest on high I think..but that's not true cuz' I can't get playable fps even low sett's..specially when I drive car or make some fast moves fps is going way down.. ??????????????
