Lower your screen resolution. Try this if you have windows 7 (https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/zotGe1RQ5dg) or migrate to Firefox.

Can always do ctrl z + scroll up to increase zoom on google tho... Chrome is the best compared to internet explorer and Firefox in my opinion.

In control panel you can use the magnifier (set to 150 or higher) this can help you see them better.

Magnifying doesn't help the 'TAB' fonts. Only the pages get bigger. See for yourself.
