Cooler master v10 (36 usd ONSALE) or Hyper 212 evo (55 usd)

Hello everyone

First of all I do not live in the USA so the price of the Hyper 212 evo might be a bit off but that is due to taxes.

I was wondering which of these two options is the best one? My cpu is an i7 2600
I'm planning to upgrade to skylake whenever it comes out

The price is not incorrect, Import taxes+ state taxes amount to about 100% (Brazil)

The CM V10 is on sale on a local store, my best guess is it has been sitting on a shelf for years, they just want to get rid of it

What do they mean by that? Does it dissipate 200 tdp of heat or require 200w to power up?[/strike]

nvm, stupid question, it consumes 70w which is still a ridiculous amount

Should I be concerned about the fact that the V10 draws 70w of power from my psu?

I own a corsair HX650W, I plan to buy a new GPU in a couple months, probably a Radeon R9 380x
since Radeon is kown for its high power consumption I wonder if that is gonna be a problem[/strike]

I decided to pick the 212 evo. Despite the big 66 usd discount, the v10 has way too many drawbacks, huge size, high power consumption (70w) and the peltier module condensates water.
