r7 240 or r7 250 for a10-7700k dual graphics

Good Day! Just wanna ask which graphics card is more better/compatible or pairs better with a10-7700k apu. I'm going to try dual-graphics. Should I go for r7 240 or r7 250, DDR3 or GDDR5? I play more of MOBA type of games and some FPS, just looking for an upgrade. Any reply would be really appreciated.

I have amd a10 7700k and r7 250 2gb gddr5. However, I can't crossfire it, I try some instruction on utubes, however, it seems like I can't locate how to activated dual graphics or there is something that I'm not doing correct. Also, I have the latest version of CCC and dual graphics option is not there. Please help.
