cpu + mbo =co

i have an msi gaming 7 Z97 with in Intel Pentium K and i have rebuild every thing about 3 times now but i cant find the error CO i have checked online and cant find nothing ether i have ram that i know it works cos its out of my old system

8 GB ram
Kingstone SSd 240GB ---- windows seven is installed on her
2x 250GB HDD
1x 500GB HDD

Try to boot with just 1 stick of ram if you have 2 and in different ram slots,also you need to reinstall windows when you replace mobo. Also check your pins on mobo and cpu maybe some of them are bent.

i have only got one stick of ram in the forth slot and keep getting the CO debug code with the research i have been doing i have seen people say that cos the cpu new then the bios on mobo it will need to be flashed to work but ic ant even get an out put on the screen
and with the bent pins its a brand new mobo that i bought about 8 months ago and just got a cpu to fit it with. i have never used it befor

Every z97 or h97 mobo should support pentium out of the box,just try ram stick in different slot maybe it helps.Also disconnect all parts from mobo except cpu ram and GPU and try to boot then.
