Current PC specs:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Quad-Core Processor, 2.40 GHz
RAM: 6 Gigs ddr2
Chipset Intel G33
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 210
Hard Drive: 500 GB
Power Supply: 400 watts

Wondering what the best compatible graphics cards are for around 75-100 dollars. Thanks :)

Solution
For this price, Radeon R7 260X; but given your PSU seems like an old model, potentially you could have issues depending on PSU's real capabilities.

So I recommend Nvidia 750Ti, which uses only 60W or so - it is $20 more, but well worth it since you don't have to upgrade anything else. In terms of performance, it is approximately the same as 260X.

Taking into account your 400w power supply, catch a gtx 750 ti on sale. Make sure it is a version that does not requite additional pcie power cables.
