Can i install 8GB RAM stick with one 4GB stick ?

hello guys
i want to add more memory to my pc i already have 4GB i am going to get another 8gb stick .does it will work good and does it support my mobo?
i have this ram

it would work just fine i also did that had 2x2 gb ram and added 4 gb just works fine no worry's :D

It might and it might not - there are no guarantees when mixing DRAM - just look through the forums, we have multiple threads daily of people mixing DRAM and having problems - I spend a good part of each day helping people to try and get mixed DRAM to play nice
