I have a ell n5110 has a 0xcoooooe9 got it to run very slow my program blocks windows work excel are on but nothing found. ?

Need more details about what is happening. What is this "my program" that is blocking Windows? And what is "blocking Windows". If you can't boot to Windows and want to copy your files, either buy a second hard drive and install Windows on that, use the existing as a seconadry to copy files back, or boot from a Linux Live CD disk, and copy the files you need to an external drive, then re-install Windows on the drive after the backup.

I suggest a second drive, safer if you forget to copy something.
