Basically my reasons for this is because i was thinking that my CPU was holding me back when it comes to the next gen games such as BF4,BFH all the new games.

So the issue i have is that SLI Seems to be a waste of money (thats the impressions im starting to get because every game i try i dont see a difference is it because ive set something up wrong etc somthing im not doing.... Its becoming alarming tbh so my thought was the only thing that could hold me back would be my CPU.

Any answer replied i will appreciate your time thanks

My System

AMD 8320FX 8-CORE @ 5.0GHz
32GB 1337MHz RAM
4TB HDD
160GB SSD
750WATT PSU
X2 ASUS GTX 770 2GB
MSI 990FX GD65

Thanks

I Doubt the Same would make that much of a difference especially fps I can either do two things and that is Fast Ram or better CPU but i get fps dropps so it could also be the PSU perhaps ?

The fx 9590 would be a DOWNgrade coming from a fx 8320 at 5ghz. It's the same chip, and going from 5.0 to 4.7-5.0ghz doesn't make sense.

As for your gpu(s) not delivering everything they could, to counter that you'll need to move to at least an i5. Something like an i5 4690k and an asrock z97 extreme4 will cost you $370, but the upgrade will be worth it for gaming.
And you definitely wouldn't need to get a new PSU. The fx might draw like 250w+ of power (crazy, I know) overclocked that high. An i5 4690k or i7 4790k at 4.4ghz will only draw about 90w of power, leaving enough for both gpus.

A better solution would be to go LGA1150 and buy an 4th gen i5k/i7k. Would give you far superior single core performance than the FX. Obviously, not as many logical cores but I think upgrading to a 9590 would be short sighted. You won't see any noticeable performance increase, especially if you already have your 8320 clocked at 5ghz.

Thanks for your responses but im going to get a AMD 9590 and over clock it to even higher this is my plan.... Get a New CPU , Overclock my ram and either get a bigger CPU i did have 3 Gtx 770s but i didnt see a difference adding a 3rd card... So im going to try overclocking my ram first and then get a new CPU because i think its bottlenecking My two cards atm

I dont think you can oc it any more and for it you need 1000W PSU and new mobo i think.
This is what SR-71 Blackbird wrote

You need at least a h100i and 1000w power supply.

Your choices for the 9590:

ASRock 990FX Extreme9
Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z
Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0
Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD7
MSI 990FXA-GD80V2

AMD.COM

Warning: This power draw of this CPU is almost twice that of the average CPU. Due to this, AMD recommends using at minimum a 1000W power supply. For cooling, AMD recommends using either either closed loop liquid cooling or full system liquid cooling.

Wait you still want to stick with FX 9590 ??Do you have your FX now at 5 ghz with air cooling??If you do i think you are geting thermal throttling that why your getting those FPS drops and your mobo is not best one out there for 5 Ghz OC.Going from 8320 to 9590 you will see no difference on 5 Ghz cuz they are same CPU,but 9590 is just factory OC to 4.7,even with him and best 990FXX mobo and expensive water cooling solution you will get max 5.1 GHZ i dont that that is worth all that money at all.Better go with i7 4790k and some nice z97 mobo that has good SLI and you will see more performance gain then AMD path.

and you can keep you current PSU,cooler and RAM.With this you will get better performance then AMD.

Im not AMD hater you can see i own one,im just saying you will buy same CPU you already have,it will be fine if you invest in new MoBo and PSU buy for same CPU it is not worth dont expect to get 6 ghz with FX 9590 just cuz it is factory oc of 4.7 you will still hit limit of 5,1 ghz and you need beastly cooling for that.IF you want to send 7k then go with intel i7 5820k with true 6 cores and 12 threads it will hammer that FX in terms of performance and power consumption.

Even if you don't want to use intel, going from a fx 8320 @5.0ghz to a fx 9590 is nonsense. Absolutely no reward, $220 thrown out of the window. That is, given you even get the fx 9590 stable at constant 5.0ghz. If not, it's $220 spent to get worse performance.

Also, $7k to spend on a pc? You could get an I7 5960x and a x99 board for $1k. And that would end up being ~2.5x fast as a fx 9590 @ 5.0ghz.
