I currently am woundering what would be best for gaming, i've had more than 1 answer and i can't deside if i should use the intergrated graphics with my I5-4690k (Will be overclocking) or the gpu i already have which is the MSI R7 250 2GB OC Edition...

What would give me better frame in lets say.... Planetside 2?

Specs:
CPU: I5-4690k
GPU: R7 250 2GB OC Edition
Motherboard: MSI PC mate Z97
Ram: 2x4GB (8GB)
PSU: EVGA 600W Bronze PC Power Supply
(U.K.)

Solution
Is your >>opinion<< of Radeon cards really so low that you even have to ask the question to compare it with integrated cards?

I gave you my answer.

Unless you're going AMD with the CPU there is no reason to go with integrated graphics.

I would recommend a minimum R7 250X with 2gb vram or 260X with 2gb vram.

edit: As i mentioned before the 250 destroys the 4600 so you should go with the dedicated 250
