There are multiple components involved here. The biggest boost will be provided by using an SSD instead of mechanical HDD. However, performance of your CPU is also important, since there are many calculations involved here, not only pure loading. Also, you need to have enough RAM to allow everything to load smoothly without swapping to disk.
