Is this a recent event? How long ago was the system working? What changes or updates did you make that might have caused the issue? Can you find a system restore point dated at a time when the system was working? If so restore to it. Can you boot to safe mode and get a working system? Pls. get back with this information.

Did you happen to install any drivers beforehand? GPU drivers? You may want to uninstall all drivers and attempt to boot in regular Windows. If that works install the drivers one by one to see what's causing the problem.

I suggest you read this (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/run-selective-startup-system-configuration#1TC=windows-7). Once you have and understand the process, get back with any questions. Then precede to do the steps described. It is a bit of time consuming as each time you add back a service or a startup item you must reboot (normal mode). You add each item one at a time till the issue manifests. Then you remove that item from startup and continue with all the others. At the end you will know what is causing the conflict(s). After that you will need to do a clean reinstall the conflicting items after completely uninstalling the conflict items.
