This problem is still not fixed on my laptop, I see lots of threads but I didn't found anything that could help. please anyone.
I see so much thread about this and lot of answers that because its overheating
I don't think it's because overheating, cause my computer crash whenever I was watching a video streaming, youtube, or windows media player but my computer still normal (warm not heat).
first time I encountered this problem when I was trying to watch a movie using VLC then my laptop just crashed and when I'm trying to boot my laptop back and watch youtube or streaming to watch the movie it's still crashed and appear blue screen "dumping physical memories" I don't understand.

Sorry if my English bad

All the symptoms point to over heating. Have you blown the exhaust vent out with canned air yet. If so and this is still happening then it could be the thermal grease on your heat sink has dried out. If this is the case take it to a repair shop to have them apply new thermal grease.

Watch these and if you feel comfortable doing this your self then great other wise I recommend taking it to a repair shop.

you should put your memory .dmp file on a cloud server and give it public access. Servers like google doc, mediafire, or microsoft one drive. Your memory .dmp file should be in c:\windows\minidumps

in general, if you only get the bugcheck while streaming I would be looking for a updated ethernet device driver (either wired or wireless, sometimes bluetooth driver depending on what you are doing)
- if you use a USB wireless driver, you have to update the BIOS, CPU chipset drivers, and any USB 3.0 chipset driver as well as the USB wireless driver itself.

if you post your minidump on a server I can use the windows debugger and see what windows thinks the problem is.
