Core i5 760 water cooler recommendation

Im getting a Gtx 970 and a water cooler for the CPU to try to get past 3.9 and squeeze a year or 2 from the 760. Anybody recommend a good water cooler?

I think i want a closed loop. i dont want to mess with filling it myself. I can 2 120s in the front of my case, or i can do one that exhuasts out the back also a 120.

Thats my case, actually i have the 902 but the fans are the same. Now i read around that a good Air cooler will be almost as cool as water cooling. I currently have Cooler Master Hyper N520 its fine up to about 4.0 Ghz. But i was shooting for 4.4 plus with water cooling.
