Arma 3 better fps

Should I upgrade my fx 4130 to a fx 8350 since my birthday is coming up I also have a gtx 750ti 2gb oc. What should I do to get better frames.

For better performance in Arma III, you need strong single core performance. The 8350 will do okay, but you will get better frames with an i5 or i7. This article is a little older, but has some good benchmarks comparing different CPUs on ARMA III.

Go for intel i5, that will give you alot more fps than any fx 8core chip could ever hope of giving you here are cpu benches for arma 3

fx 8350 will give barely any gains over your current chip, it's just not worth it

BTW arma III has some issues with lag and low fps these days. Bohemia does a sloppy job with optimization and lots of bugs still there since arma II....

75 $ for arma is a rip off, buy it on sale

What is your budget? You can get an i5 and mobo for under 300 bucks and use the rest of your components.
