Desktop beeps after installing new ram and new power supply

I bought 2 new Rams each have 4 GB and a new 450w power supply but when I installed these and turned my desktop on I've heard continuous beeping noises (1 short 1 long) and it won't stop so please help me I even tried tightening the Rams and removing the cmos battery and putting it back again but no hope... Please help.

Also my motherboard is a Foxconn 2aa9 and can hold up to 16 GB (1333 MHz 1066 MHz)

Try pulling the DRAM and reset the CMOS then try (also make sure you have the latest BIOS). If still problems let us know the model # of the DRAM (if it's a new line of sticks using high density memory chips it may simply not be compatible)
