What GPU should I buy?

Hello Internet :)

I'm trying to find a new GPU for my son's pc, so he can play CSGO and Guild Wars 2 on ultra 1080p and I'm not sure what too get, budget is a limiting factor as I really don't want to go over £60. The resolution can be lowered in game if that would safe a few penny's.

But the best possible graphics card would be the MSI r7 250 1GB but if you can spend a few more pennies like maybe 10 more dollars get the 2GB one it will be a huge improvement.

Humour... Nah, just a man on a budget :) Anyway I'm not too bothered if its like older/used just something that gets the job done. Any Suggestions would be appreciated.
