Please dedicate some time to read this, it took me a while and is really frustrating :/
Ok, so here's the deal, tho:
After i start my PC and log into windows i can do whatever i want for about 5-15 minutes. Then the freeze comes in and the screen well... freezes. i cant do anything except a hard shutdown (not even the restart button is working when this happens). I can get into safe mode where it doesn't freeze apparently. PS. i did install iobit startup manager yesterday and tried to decrease my boot time by disabling some stuff, but i couldn't undo it (yeah, big mistake )
Specs:
Asus B75M-A
1x4GB kingston DDR3 1600MHz
i3 3240 3.4GHz
Asus GTX560 Ti directCuii 1GB GDDR5 900MHz
1x500GB Toshiba HDD
500w MS KX-500 ATX PSU
I also have a MS BOND 07 usb hub and some fancy logitech bass speakers with their own power cable (if that makes it easier for you guys to diagnose)
Things i've tried:
-Uninstalling a sh*t load of programs, including adv. sys. care 8 and malwarebytes antimalware and nvidia geforce experience.
-System restore to 7. february
-CCleaner
-Scanning for viruses
-Re-seating ram and gpu
-resetting the CMOS battery
-changing power plans both in windows and UEFI BIOS
-DISM /online /cleanup-image /(check/scan/restore)health [got an error while restoring health 0x800f0906]
-sfc /scannow [found errors but couldn't fix them]
Things I'm going to try:
-Windows updates
-Regenerating HDD (perhaps, perhaps not, I'll have to think)
-Installing Windows 7 x64
-If all else fails i will go to the shop where i bought my pc and ask them about the problem.
Please bear in mind that i will install windows 7 on february 12th, so i need solutions ASAP.
Thank you for sparing time to read my problem
