Hi,
I've been experiencing a lot of BSODs lately, so I've decided to ask here for your opinions.
Here's the list of errors I've got:
Kernel security check failure
Memory management
Irql not less or equal
Pfn list corrupt
Attempted write to read only memory (atikmdag.sys)
System thread exception not handled (atikmdag.sys)
System service exception
Kmode exception not handled
The list contains errors just over past 2 weeks, so there were probably some others. I noticed a thread here regarding the "atikmdag.sys" error (http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2252942/atikmdag-sys-dxmms1-sys-bsods-bsods.html), so I tried some advices given there, but none of them worked so far.
I tried reinstalling Windows, installing new drivers and also uninstalling Catalyst Control App.
Not only I get these BSODs randomly, but my PC also sometimes freezes, often when I log in to Windows, but it also happens when I just surf on the internet.
Here's my hardware configuration:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-MA770-UD3
Processor: AMD Athlong 64 X2 6000+
Memory: 4 GB DDR2 Dual (I didn't check for specific model, but I can add it later)
Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD5770
Disks: Samsung HD103SJ, WDC WD10EZEX
