clock_watchdog_timeout and whea uncorrectable error BSOD

Hi since a couple of weeks i keep getting 2 different blue screens:clock_watchdog_timeout and whea_uncorrectable_error.They happen mostly random,although when gaming,they seem to appear the most.Does anyone know if these 2 are related in any way?My specs are:

try a system restore to a earlier date of this error and check all your driver one could be corrupted or not up to date .

- a clock_watchdog_timeout bugcheck indicates that a hardware device failed to respond in a reasonable time. (common with certain USB wireless devices)

- a whea_uncorrectable_error bugcheck is generally called by the CPU because the CPU cache memory controller generated a CRC error. Often caused by low voltage to the CPU or by incorrect overclocking/overheating. Sometimes if you have added a video card and have not provided enough power from the power supply. The video card will pull power from the motherboard slot and cause the voltage applied to the CPU to drop too low. This in turn causes the CPU to get cache memory errors and the CPU tries to shutdown by calling 0x124 bugcheck.

I have did a complete format of my drive and re-installed windows and i still keep getting these errors.
And for the PSU i have 1000W and it worked perfect for the last 3 years,maybe its PSU that is starting to fail?

Overclocked CPU? Stable?
Do a stress test on GPU's. (One by One)

Had this error on a CFX, Turned out one of my GPU was dying.
