Can I get an evga gtx 750 ti in my dell inspiron 620?

Hello I own a dell inspiron 620. http://mobile.walmart.com/ip/Dell-Black-Inspiron-620-Desktop-PC-with-Intel-Core-i5-2320-Processor-8GB-Memory-1TB-Hard-Drive-and-Windows-7-Home-Premium-Monitor-Not-Included/19788717
It doesn't say but it has a 300w psu. It also has a pcie slot x16 2.0. I was wondering if I could go with an evga gtx 750 ti since It doesn't need a power supply connection. I am also concerned about the 2.0 pcie slot because the card is 3.0. Will that cause any problems? Please let me know if it's worth it

it might work. depends on how "good" your 300W psu is. that's right on the line between a yes/no answer.
