PSU is bad quality and WAY overkill. Change to 750w Antec, XFX, Seasonic, EVGA (G2,B2)

CPU cooler is LOUD and not very good. Change for Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. Cheaper but cools the same and is quieter.
