Like the title says, i need a water cooler for my core i7 930 and a future socket 1150 core i5. As of now the i7 goes near the high 80s (with 4 corsair AF 120s running @ full speed and one generic fan) when gaming. I would go with a nice big air cooler like the 212 however, the space in my motherboard is extremely tight even though its ATX. Price would be nothing higher than $70 (all in one water cooler). I would prefer a unit that doesn't make too much noise from the water flowing, since i'm willing to replace the stock fan that comes with the cooler. So far i am thinking of the Cooler Master Seidon 120 120v or the Corsair H55. I attached a link to show how much space i'm dealing with http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/cpu/display/intel-core-i7_4.html

I have had the H55 with stock fans. Its ok once you replace the fans. Some pump noise will be there, but it did not bother me. I changed it to the H100i when I upgraded my components and with Noctua P12 fans it is dead silent. I have no experience with Cooler Master.
