Slow Custom built computer

Just built a rig with the help of my friend. had to replace the fan on my CPU for a better performance one and ever since I replaced it I feel like the rig has gotten slower by a big portion I don't know if that has anything to do with it. But when I play games I barely get 30fps on high graphics and I know I should be getting more. and when I am just internet browsing pages take forever to load. Doing everything slower than my old computer which had worse parts to it. Need some advice.

Here are my specs

Graphics Card: GIGABYTE GTX 660 3GB
CPU: AMD FX 8320
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-970a-D3p
PSU: Raidmax Power Supply ATX 600

Your PSU is not up to the task. You don't need more watts, you need better quality. This is true even if your stated problem persists. Raidmax is a tier 5 PSU.
