Hi, I built my computer about a year ago. I have the evga gtx 760, and it started to get a bit laggy, so I got a cross shipped card. I plugged it in, wasn't convinced, then took it out and plugged my old card in. I had my card back for about 3 weeks, then I decided to retry it, and so I plugged the new card in, and when I turned on the computer, I got no signal from the monitor(s) (dual setup). So, I took it out and plugged in my old card, and even that stopped working. I poked around on the web, and from what it looks like, it's a problem with the slot, but I'm not convinced. Also, as something to look at, while I was looking around, my computer spontaneously shut off. I don't know if it had something to do with a setting I wasn't seeing, but it happened, so I thought to put it out there. I don't know what is happening, and if any more info is needed, I will provide it.
Thanks

I know I have an i5 4690k, GTX 760, Asus b85m-e mobo, and an inland 650w psu, but without digital access, i'm kind of hopeless... I wasn't actually present when my computer was being built, so i'm doing this off of memory. Whoops.

Sorry, awhile ago, I fixed it. Turns out I didn't ground it, and fried the board. Replaced it, and learned my lesson.
