Which is the better GFX? Future Proof?

There's no such thing as future proof ;). Even a high-end GTX 980 will start to show its age within a few years.

Between those 3 is a tough choice. The AMD card's have more VRAM, so they'd be better at multi-monitor or high resolution gaming, but they consume more power and generate more heat.

The GTX 960 sips power, and will provide a great 1080p experience, so it depends on what you want.

If you're gaming at 1080p, go with the GTX 960.

I saw the 280 with 3GB and it was $180 and my pants got excited....
I saw the 270 with 4GB and same price as 960 and my pants got excited....
I saw the 960 with Super SUPER CLOCKED with so many features and my pants got excited.....
IDK WHAT TO GET LOL
