I am recognice that the ports are not working with USB 3.0 only the speed of USB 2.0 Can somebody tell me the reason and what to do to make them work USB 3.0. My USB flash sticks and external hard-disk are all USB 3.0.

I know that, all my device are USB 3.0
I have a problem with my USB 3.0 after a fresh windows install I think. Although my USB 3 show up in the device manager as USB 3 ports, 2 of them. But the transfer rate is between 3 to max.10 mb.

I use WD my passport 2 TB and Sandisk 32GB both USB 3.0.

If you have installed drivers after the windows install and the devices are working properly then you will be fine.

10MB/s? - is OK.

They might be usb3.0 but they will have a transfer rate of their own. The Sandisk should have it written on it.

USB 3.0 should have up to 100MB per second not 10, with USB 2.0 i have 10MB or even more.

Most USB 3.0 external hard drives can easily hit over 50MBps, flash drives are much more of a gamble.

I have a 1TB seagate expansion that normally transfers at 90-110MBps, my 16gb Sandisk extreme transfers at around 100+ as well.

It sounds like your USB 3.0 drivers arent installed.
When you go into the device manager, is anything under "unknown devices"?
