I built my new rig and doesn't turn on

I installed my new rig yesterday and it doesn't turn on but the led yes,
Build:
- AMD FX-8350 4 ghz 8 core
- ASRock 980DE3/U3S3
- 4GB HyperX Fury Red 1866 MHz
- ASUS Nvidia GT630 4GB
- Seagate Barracude 1TB
- PSU Patrol 500W
- Case AeroCool X-Strike One

My psu has only 4 pin 12v connector i thought it could be that

it says your mobo only takes 1866 oc. Did you enamble xmp or amp since its an amd cpu?

Also did you plug everything in double check the connections is the cpu err apu inserted correctly? Is the mobo receiving power from your psu?

I'm sorry I'm laugh my butt of here. GT630 paired on a FX-8350 lol. 1. Is this a custom build or a store model. 2. What have you tested on it has the ram, the LOL video card god I hope really did pay much for it. and HD, and PSU make sure they work. I to know more about the PSU Brand and model number.

1. Make sure all your connections are in. On one build I spent 8 hrs trying figure why it wouldn't start. Forgot the plugin CPU power supply!!!
2. Make sure that case switch are plugged in the right slots on the MB.
3. May be your power supply cann't handle the load the computer needs. Put the Brand and model number on here
4. Test all the parts if your scrapping parts out old computer make it test them.

Actually i can't turn on my pc, so i can't enable xmp or amp , mobo gets power when i connect an usb phone charger it charge

Is a custom build actually the GPU is old one so i was thinking to change it in 1 month, The cpu supply is plugged in, My psu has 4 pin cpu supply and the mobo need 8

....if your psu only has a 4pin and your mobo requires an 8pin wait. Are you sure that your 4pin connected doesnt connect with another 4 pin? I had the same problem once. They should interlock.

The 4 pin connector goes on the 8 pin connector like the manual says
