Is this a good video editing/gaming Pc for the next 3-4 years?

I'm building my very first computer soon and i want to know what i can expect to get out of it. I will be doing gaming and video editing on it.
Monitors: 2x Viewsonic 1080p 21.5 inch
Cpu: i5 4690k
Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H55
Graphics: Palit GTX 970
Storage: 120GB Samsung SSD + 2TB 7200RPM HDD
Ram: 2x8 GB 1866 DDR3 Ram
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97P-D3
Power Supply: Corsair Builder Series CX 600 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS Bronze
Wifi Card: TP-LINK TL-WDN3800 N600 Wireless Dual Band

Any Feedback on the system? Is there an area which will let it down or is it all balanced?

Solution
That Xeon is nothing more than an i7, without IGP, and added features for server component support. It's gaming performance would be similar to that of an i7 4770, but costs less, and runs cooler. :D

If you want to do video editing as well, I would switch to a Xeon E3 1230v3/1231v3. Basically i7 4770 without the integrated graphics. Do not need the water cooler with it, and can stick with an H97 motherboard. Change the PSU to an Evga 600b, if budget constrained, Evga B2/G2 series, Antec, XFX, Seasonic bronze rated or better.

You could dump the CPU cooler, just added it if you want better cooling. Better PSU added and GPU.

Do not even need an aftermarket cooler for the Xeon, and even if you wanted one, a Coolermaster Hyper TX3 is plenty. Their TDP is lower than even that of an i5. The Palit choice, on GPU, leads me to believe this is a UK based build.

It is a Uk build, will the Xeon hold up for gaming performance vs the i5 or i7 though? I wont be doing too much heavy video editing, i'm only going to be working with 1080p video (But maybe downsizing form 4k on a gopro) and don't plan to make it too intensive.

Thanks :) I'll get that rather than the i5 then.
