Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920 won't work with any program other than Windows 8.1 Camera app

I got the webcam to be able to use it on Skype, and I specifically wanted one that was able to go at 1080p video quality.

I've tried using the webcam in four programs: Skype, TeamViewer, Logitech Webcam Software and the Windows 8.1 Camera App.

It does not work in Skype or TeamViewer (displaying that the webcam is already being used by a different program, and to exit that program and try again).

With the Logitech Webcam Software, it just doesn't detect it at all. The whole thing is just black or blank.

I know the camera is functional though, because it works perfectly fine in the Windows 8.1 Camera app.

I've tried using Device Manager to update the driver software, et cetera, and nothing works. I've tried running Skype in a different compatibility mode (Windows 7), ran it as an administrator, at lower resolution, and nothing worked (these are all suggestions I've gotten from the internet).

I've tried using Process Manager to be able to find the webcam and determine which program might be using it, so I could kill it. I go into the Device Manager to get the physical object's description, and I copy-paste that into Process Manager and search for programs that could be using it, and it comes up with absolutely nothing.

I've scoured Google, YouTube, Skype's help/support, and nothing is working. I'm stuck. =(

This imgur link shows the screenshots I've taken of the various programs and what they say.

I just returned mine. F'n junk. Their driver does not work. It's insulting when they ask "did you try to plug it into a different usb port?" and "did you try it with another application?"

Seriously? lol

I sent that crap back to amazon for a refund. No idea what I'm going to buy now because that webcam has the specs I need.

Did you ever get it figured out?
