Having problem with 1600mhz RAM

I was originally using a (2x4GB) 1333mhz Samsung RAM. Recently, I switch to a new pair of RAM (2x4GB) 1600mhz Apotop RAM. My motherboard does support 1600mhz RAM (I will list my system below). Then, I experience this strange problem. When I'm playing games, I will get 1 of these 2 problems after playing for a while. First problem, the game will just crash (game has stop working error). Second problem, the game will freeze; if I Alt-tab and get back to the game, the game will resume. However, the fps drop to half (from 60fps to 30fps). it like my system can't handle the game. When I open the game menu the fps goes back to 60fps, but when I close the menu and continue the game, it goes down to 30fps. Right now, I set my new pair of RAM (the Apotop) to 1333mhz, instead of its original 1600mhz in the Bios, and the system runs fine, no more problem with games. Anyone know what is the problem here? I really want to use the full 1600mhz. Thanks.

My system:
- AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz overclocked to 4.3GHz (200MHz x 21.5)
- EVGA Geforce GTX 760 SC EVGA ACX Cooler 2GB (EVGA PrecisionX 16 overclocked)
+ Power Target: 115%
+ GPU Temp Target: 95'C
+ GPU Clock Offset: +65MHz
+ Mem Clock Offset: +450MHz
- 8GB RAM (1333mhz was my old one, and the 1600mhz is the new one but having problem)
- MSI 760GM-P34(FX) (MS-7641) Motherboard
- EVGA Bronze 600W PSU

Actually, I don't really know what is xms profile is; I only heard of it. Could you show me a screenshot or picture of how is that looks like? I honestly haven't see that word "xms" in my Bios. In the RAM section in my Bios has only information about my RAMs, options for timing (also, I don't know what timing does too), and change mhz; RAM voltage is in the voltage section. Thank you.

Thanks for the information. However, I did not want to overclock my RAM though. I simply want to use its original 1600mhz, but unfortunately, I can't because of games are crashing. Do you know what is the problem here? Why can't I use 1600mhz, when my motherboard supports it?

I couldn't find DOCP nor EOCP in my Bios too :( I change the mhz at the FSB/DRAM Ratio. When I installed the new pair 1600mhz RAM, it automatically set the ratio at [AUTO], which is 1600mhz. I even make sure and set it to manually at 1:4 ratio to get the 1600mhz. Right now, I set the new pair of RAM at 1:3.33 ratio = 1333mhz, instead of the 1600mhz, so my games won't crash. Any ideas?

Sigh... I think I found the problem. It turns out that my HT link frequency is higher than my NB frequency... My NB frequency was 2200, and HT link frequency was 2400! Now, I increased the NB frequency to 2400 and decreased HT link frequency to 2200. It works like charm for few hours now. Hope it will completely solve the problem :)
